Leads the development and coordination of programmes, learning opportunities and community projects that support skills, confidence, wellbeing and improved livelihoods.

Builds relationships with local people, community groups and organisations, encourages participation and helps ensure that community voices, strengths and aspirations inform our work.

Supports the effective day-to-day running of the organisation, coordinating administration, finance, programme logistics, records and internal systems to help our team and activities operate efficiently.
